Tenant Process
Book a viewing
If you are interested in one of our properties To Let then book a viewing either via our Website, Zoopla , or give us a call on 0121 403 1403.
Apply for the property
Once you have viewed a property you can apply, we will need some specific information about your current circumstances, you can provide these on our website, via email or give us a call. Once we have this information we will then put you forward, along with any other applications received, to the landlord so they can decide who they want to proceed with.
Referencing
Once the landlord has ok'd your application you will then be asked to transfer us the application fee, this will be taken off your total rent owed once your application has passed. You will then be contacted by a third party company called Vouch where they will carry out a credit check, employee checks and landlord references on all the adults in the household.
Move In
Once all references have passed we can agree on a move in date with you, we will collect the first months rent (minus your application fee) and the deposit amount from you. You will receive a draft tenancy agreement prior to you moving in for your perusal. We will then meet you on your move in day to handover the keys and get all paperwork signed.
